Stevens-Crawford
Heritage House

Enter a time warp to a bygone era. Built in 1907-08, the Stevens-Crawford Heritage House never passed out of the hands of the family that built it and still has most of its original furniture.

Learn about early politics in Oregon -- were the Wolf Meetings called to discuss the problem of predators in the Willamette Valley, or was there a hidden agenda? -- and how turn-of-the-century households functioned -- what in Heaven's name is a Thunder Mug? Come see our collection. Listen to pre-digital recordings played on a windup Victrola. See a 150-year-old pair of scissors and try to guess the uses of the many kitchen utensils...!

The Stevens-Crawford Heritage House is located at 603 Sixth Street in Oregon City. The House is closed on Monday and Tuesday; Wednesday through Friday, it is open from noon to 4 PM; on weekends, it is open from 1 - 4 in the afternoon. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for seniors, and $2 for children, and the price includes free admission to the nearby Museum of the Oregon Territory (also operated by the Clackamas County Historical Society). Special group rates are available, and family groups of up to five qualify for a special $10 family rate.
